There’s something timeless about golden hour at Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City. Between the warm light reflecting off the water and the peaceful shoreline, it’s one of my favorite locations for couples who want photos that feel genuine, romantic, and effortlessly beautiful.
These two embraced every moment together, from quiet cuddles along the beach to laughing together while lying in a field of wildflowers. Instead of focusing on perfect poses, we created space for real connection and those authentic moments are what make a gallery feel so meaningful.
We began in a meadow filled with delicate wildflowers before ending at the shoreline as the sun dipped lower in the sky. The soft golden light wrapped around them beautifully, creating a warm, cinematic feel that I love to embody in sessions.
